• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Description of Services

• AI-powered cryptocurrency price predictions using machine learning models
• Automated trading bot functionality (DCA, Grid trading, etc.)
• Multi-exchange integration (Binance, KuCoin)
• Real-time analytics and portfolio management tools
• Educational resources and trading insights

Our services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding trading performance or profitability.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your exchange API keys are configured correctly (trade-only, no withdrawal)
• Monitoring your trading bots and positions
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

• Starter: $29/month or $290/year
• Pro: $99/month or $990/year
• Elite: $299/month or $2,990/year

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• Payments are processed through PayPal or cryptocurrency (CoinPayments)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact support for a full refund. Refunds after 30 days are provided at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal activities or market manipulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
• Share your account credentials or resell access
• Interfere with platform operations or other users
• Use automated scripts to access our services (outside provided APIs)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WinBee—including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, software, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by WinBee and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WinBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses due to exchange outages, API failures, or market conditions
• AI predictions are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WinBee, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
